More about my Practice
My passion for movement began in the world of performance, with a degree in acting and a strong foundation in contemporary dance.
Through my studies I came to the understanding of movement to be not only a form of expression, but of self healing, regulation and inner listening.
I trained in traditional Hatha Vinyasa practices, later studying the Embodied Flow CPD at Flow State (Hove). I now teach through this integrated lens combining breath, presence, and a deep respect for the nervous system. I believe students already hold the innate wisdom of their bodies. My role is not to instruct from the outside but to help unlock awareness within.
I offer a balanced blend of movement practices that support both strength and softness, inviting you to move in a way that feels nourishing and intuitive. I teach Yin, Myofascial release and Embodied yoga practices.
My movement practice eventually led me to my fascination with manual therapy and massage, beginning training at Jing Institute of Massage in Brighton early 2025. I am currently completing my level 6 Sports Massage training with the team at Jing. I combine energy work, application of sports massage and other manual therapeutic techniques to form a holistic and relaxing deep tissue massage.
