My Treatments

I am a firm believer that when you interact with a person’s body in therapy, even through a scientific lens there is a little bit of magic that occurs that cannot be explained.

My treatments have developed rapidly over two years of practice, beginning when I first moved to Brighton where I took my level 1 and 2 in Reiki healing, breaking me into the world of hands on therapy. Shortly after studying to become a masseuse, I combined these two therapies to offer a treatment that brings the two worlds of the physical and energetic together. I began working at a chiropractic clinic in Hove and whilst learning what other practitioners can offer, I also gained an in depth knowledge about orthopaedic testing and some of the most complex musculoskeletal issues that can walk through the door in clinic.

My Intuitive deep tissue massage, includes elements of Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure and energy healing work to give a full body relaxation and clearing. I have seen clinically how effective this work is, especially for those suffering with chronic pain or lasting ill health conditions. Combined with sports massage and self help/rehabilitation techniques the work is truly transformational for many. I find a deep sense of connection to the world around me through massage and helping others understand their own body mechanics. Giving the client a sense of control over their treatment is of the utmost importance to me.
